Refund Policy

Effective Date: 9/27/2025

At Create by Darcy, we value the trust you place in our creative services and are committed to delivering high-quality work. Because design and creative projects require significant time, planning, and resources, we have established the following refund policy:
 

1. Deposits & Initial Payments

  • Deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable once work has started. These payments secure your project in our schedule and cover initial creative time.

2. Project Cancellations

  • If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • If Create by Darcy is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued for work not delivered.

3. Completed Projects

  • Once final deliverables have been approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

​

4. Digital Products (if applicable)

  • Sales of digital products (such as templates, graphics, or downloads) are final and non-refundable.

​

5. Revisions & Satisfaction

  • Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the agreement. If additional revisions are requested, they may incur additional fees.

  • We are committed to working with you to ensure satisfaction within the scope of the project agreement.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • A billing error occurred.

  • Services were not provided as agreed upon in writing.
